The enclosed resume elaborates on the details of my educational qualifications, skills amp experiences in the field of Administration amp HR Management, Safety amp Security during my entire services under various military and civil organizations.

I have more than 16 years Administration amp operational experience in Army while serving with Artillery Unit amp various Army Aviation Composite amp Utility Squadrons in different parts of the country.

I also have about 14 years of work experience with vast exposure to various facets of Administration and Security in civil environment while managing the guard force operational activities which is deployed at various Multinational Companies (MNCs) i.e. Nestle, Oil exploration Rigs / Companies, INGOs, UN agencies and other Diplomatic Missions (Embassies) offices and residences.
During the above mentioned period in civil security, I have the experience in formulating various Security, Instructions amp SOPs. Health Safety Environment (HSE) procedures, Inspections /Surveys, Training classes beside planning and conducting various contingency plans / drills.

I was responsible to coordinate amp liaison with law enforcement amp various UN agencyrsquos Security Focal Points (SFP) and update on routine security situations to mitigate any possible threats.

I also have the experience in recruitment (induction/discharge) and documentation of security staff including Administrative and other technical personnel. Beside this,I have been conducting inquiries amp investigations of various litigation amp insurance cases in routine security matters.
